A women’s hiking circle in Ojai, CA

This is an invitation.
To breathe again.
To put your feet on the earth and remember something ancient.
To be with other women—not to perform healing, but to walk through it, together.

What This Is

She Who Walks is a four-part hiking circle for women and womb holders, held Saturday mornings in Ojai. It’s for the ones who feel the pull of the earth and know that there is wisdom in their bones they haven’t yet fully claimed.

Each circle includes:

  • A 2-mile beginner-to-intermediate level hike

  • Opening circle to set personal and shared intentions

  • Silent walking with breath and presence

  • A summit gathering for release, expression, somatic practice, and deep listening

  • A gentle descent back to the body, back to the day, back to the self

This is not a performance. This is not a race.
It’s a remembering.

This is for the woman who...

  • Longs to reconnect to her own rhythm and wants to come home.

  • Is craving connection, not small talk.

  • Wants to be held by the land and the wisdom of other women.

  • Longs to feel Source moving through her body and the ground beneath her feet.

  • Knows that something inside her is waking up—and wants space to feel it.

Afterward, you may feel...

  • Reconnected to the pulse of your own body

  • Held in community, even if no words were spoken

  • Tapped into the collective power of women, femmes, womb holders, breath, and land

  • Ready to move forward from a place of rootedness, not reactivity
